14-Night Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Hushd Avera isn't right for you, you can return it for a full refund within 14 nights of delivery — even if you've moulded and worn it. It can take a little time to adjust to a new device, so we encourage you to give it a fair trial.
How a Refund Works

Contact us at info@goodsleepco.health within 14 days of delivery to start your return.

Return the device to the address we provide. Return postage is paid by the customer.

Once we receive the device back, we'll refund your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except where the item is confirmed faulty by our team.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We pack every order with care, but in the unlikely event your item arrives faulty:

Notify us within 2 days of delivery at info@goodsleepco.health with a description of the fault and photos as proof.

Once our team reviews and approves your claim, we'll send a replacement of the same product. For confirmed-faulty items, a payment-on-delivery return option is available so you're not out of pocket.

Replacements may take 5–7 business days to arrive. If it takes longer, contact us and we'll investigate.
