Delivery Details

We prioritise getting your order to you quickly as we know how important sleep therapy is. Once we receive your order, we begin processing. Typically, orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. We prioritise backorders.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

In most cases, excluding lockers or if you've chosen to accept the risk of loss, a signature will be required.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

The delivery driver will leave a note, directing you to collect your package from the nearest post office. More details can be found here.
